Guidelines

Must be at least 24 years of age.
Must have a Class A CDL license.
A minimum of 2 years of commercial class A CDL driving experience.
No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
No major violation in the past 36 months, this include reckless driving or careless endangerment.
- No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12 month span.
No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
Overall safe driving record.
Must have TWIC card & HAZMAT endorsement or obtain within 90 days of employment.
No positive drug/alcohol tests.
Drivers with the following are automatically not eligible:
- Vehicular Homicide
- Alcohol or drug related offense in a commercial vehicle
- Hit and run (leaving the scene of an accident)
- Theft of motor vehicle
- Drivers without valid CDL
- Driving while license is revoked
- Drivers with 3 or more chargeable accidents in past 3 years
